KOP Properties and Reignwood Group has acquired 10 Trinity Square, one of London’s most distinctive landmarks.

The iconic 10 Trinity Square enjoys a premier location in the City of London, within close proximity to the River Thames and eminent landmarks including the Tower of London, a world heritage site, Tower Bridge and The Swiss Re Tower.

This magnificent structure, designed by Sir Edwin Cooper and built by John Mowlen and Company in 1922, was the headquarters of the Port London Authority (PLA).

Designated a London landmark, the stately 10 Trinity Square also played host to the reception for the first General Assembly of the United Nations in 1946. During the course of its illustrious history, 10 Trinity Square was often the stopping point for the Rolls-Royces of royalty and dignitaries, including Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
